Swedish engineering company has engaged Eculink for market research and search of strategic partners for establishing a factory within agriculture in Kurdistan in the first phase.

The Erbil Regional Reconstruction Team, USG, engaged Eculink as expert consultant at education on business planning with Kurdish Textile Museum and other participants from local NGOs. The workshop, March 29th to April 2nd, was managed by Dr Marko Grunhagen and Dr Richard L Flight from Eastern Illinois University, US.
During South Sudan Referendum 2011, the 9-15th January I was on a mission as an international election observer in Sudan. A big step was taken in the Kurdish-Swedish relationships when the Foreign Minister of Sweden, Carl Bildt, inaugurated the Consulate: “We have a selfish interest in developing a consulate here – there has developed a kind of small Kurdistan in Sweden, so it is our mission to develop a small Sweden in Kurdistan.”
The Foreign Minister handed over credentials from the King of Sweden, Carl Gustaf XVI, to the Swedish Consul in Erbil, Carl Henrik Assargård – here with his wife Ann-Sofi Glans.
